It's my nephew's Spring Break so he asked me to go on a little adventure. He has never been to Vasquez Rocks nor has been to Pearblossom Highway up to Wrightwood. We planned to take Angeles Crest Highway from the backside to La Cañada Flintridge since we already have been up the highway from that side of the mountain. At this point, the highway was closed so there wasn't a way back to Los Angeles so we had to head back down to Pearlblossom Highway. This time we took an alternate route where we passed Devil's Punchbowl. Another place I want to visit. If you plan to do any hiking, you'll need to be prepared to park by bringing an Adventure Pass.
